Bring Your Ideas to Life

When our clients discuss new ideas for their home, many cannot picture the changes. It affects about 8 out of 10 people. This limits creativity and the range of ideas they can consider. We have been able to help them expand their vision with a computer generated Floor Plan that brings ideas to life!

Combined Taste in a Challenging Space

These long-time friends moved their varied and eclectic furnishings from a condo to a single-family home.

Although they had more square footage overall, the long narrow living room, that was used for entertaining, presented many challenges for furniture placement.

There were four large windows, a radiator, a fireplace and two archways that directed traffic across the room diagonally.

This 3D image illustrates how the furniture was also “lined up” with no variation in height.

The Perfect Fit

All furnishings were numbered and corresponded to a key with their description and dimensions.

The 2D & 3D images show that larger pieces fit the space better and made the room feel less cluttered. This also maximized seating for guests.

We selected new furniture based on our client’s style and color preferences for the perfect fit to complete the plan.

Peaceful and Elegant Style

As with many of our clients, these gals were pleasantly surprised by some of our selections for them.  We combined their individual tastes in a style that they could both appreciate and created a peaceful yet elegant interior.

“We had friends over… all of them could not believe how different the living room looked, they were so impressed with it. They kept saying “it looks twice as big”.  Joanne and I just love it.” – Ruth D.
