On average, one hour is required to tour a 2000 sq. ft. property or less, with homeowners as our guide.

- Discuss rental furnishings, inexpensive purchases, and used furniture for sparsely furnished or vacant property
- Provide a “Top Ten” prioritized list to help homeowners make confident decisions and focus their time and effort

Real Estate Side by Side Sessions $80 per hour
Sessions are scheduled on an hourly basis by the home sellers depending
on their specific needs and budget.
