Professional Organizing
Many homeowners are tired of chaos and clutter! Professional organizing enables them to take control of their surroundings to create and maintain a home office design, improve time management, provide storage solutions and control clutter from basements to attics, garages and beyond!
Organizing Consultation $100 per hour
This one hour meeting is the first step toward developing a unique plan to solve organizing challenges and includes the following steps:
- Discuss frustrations and fears to organize the home
- Identify activities and “wish list” for the space
- Create a customized Action Plan to follow during Side by Side sessions to prioritize projects to focus time and effort
- Provide checklist for preparation and organizing supplies if necessary
Organizing Side by Side Sessions $60-80 per hour
The Action Plan created in the consultation is the guide for this hands-on support to clients. They become familiar with new organizing systems, learn how to declutter and get a jumpstart on projects. These sessions can be scheduled to maintain an organized home and control the clutter at those times when disorganization and stress take over such as the holidays, birth of a baby, serious illness, divorce, loss of a loved one and care of aging parents.
- Help clients through decisions to sort and edit belongings with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach
- Offer donating and recycling solutions and resources to sell unwanted belongings
- Manage online accounts with eBAY or Craigslist
- Mediate conflicts and reach compromises between family members when necessary
- Implement organizing ideas and systems
- Provide the tools and techniques to control clutter
- Set up organizing systems, hang shelving and install storage units
- Maintain filing systems to keep up with paperwork, bills and incoming mail
